Who We Are & The Worley’s Experience

Desiring to raise the standard in the home services industry, Chuck and Chase started Worley’s Home Services in 2016 with 3 employees. Six years later, through integrity, character, and always doing the right thing, Worley’s Home Services has grown to over 70 employees offering expert service in HVAC, Crawlspaces, Electrical, Plumbing, Spray Foam, and Insulation.

Chuck Worley grew up in Norfolk, VA. The son of a Navy Senior Chief, Chuck was raised with character, integrity, and the value of always doing the right thing. Having graduated from Norfolk Catholic High School in 1987, and a short stint at Norfolk State, Chuck was accepted into the Newport News Shipyard Apprentice School in the HVAC Department. In 1993, Chuck graduated from the Apprentice School and went into business for himself. Over the last 30 years, Chuck has continued to grow businesses and develop his skillset in Building Science becoming one of the top experts in the Hampton Roads area.

Chase Worley is the son of Chuck Worley and grew up with the same values that his father did. Chase grew up in Yorktown, VA, and attended Tabb High School before transferring to Hampton Roads Academy. With hard work, dedication, and the values he learned from his father, Chase earned a Division 1 scholarship to play lacrosse at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. After suffering a broken back and numerous surgeries, Chase transferred to Christopher Newport University and followed his passion for business. Chase graduated from CNU in 2018 with a double major in Accounting and Business Management.

Upon completion of each job, we send our Quality Performance Team to the customer’s house to inspect the quality of the install, answer any questions the customer may have, and go over the warranty paperwork.By our Employees: Worley’s understands that what has gotten us where we are today is our employees.
